I am Brandon Chadwick, and today our guest on our show is Erica. And if you remember Erica, she was actually a guest on our Survivor Story episodes on September 13th, 2021.

Well, it's always great seeing you.

We got along pretty well when we talked the first time.

And we talked for a while after because you are a behavioral therapist.

We had a lot to talk about besides just getting along, you know, like two old friends.

And today, we're going to be on multiple times, but today we're going to discuss

And this is all really interesting stuff.

And it's a different way of looking at your relationships and looking at the

evenness of relationships.

And another way to spot things or to create boundaries,

create just a system of never getting into these things again,

but also being able to look back at your relationships
