The Minnesota Republican Party just held a moment of silence for Derek Chauvin.

If you don't remember that name, he's a police officer who's convicted of killing George Floyd.

They held a moment of silence, not for George Floyd, but the man who killed George Floyd and was convicted of killing George Floyd.

It was Saturday at their state convention in Duluth before any

official business. A delegate stood up and asked the room to bow their heads for the man who

kneeled on George Floyd's neck for nine minutes and 29 seconds while George Floyd called out

for his mother and begged for his life.

If you thought the Republican Party had sunk as far as they can right now,

the party of MAGA has not.

So Derek Chauvin, just to remind you, is not dead. Derek Chauvin just to remind you is not dead

Derek Chauvin is very much alive in federal custody in Big Spring Texas he is

serving 22 years for second-degree murder convicted in state court as well

convicted in federal court every appeal has been denied every legal

challenge has been rejected and a judge denied his request for a new trial just this month

and the minnesota republican party stood up for him anyway days after the sixth anniversary of
