Just 7% of Republican Congress members and senators are holding town halls in their districts during this week's recess, here's why.

Well, first and foremost, we are going to repeal the Affordable Care Act, Obamacare.

Angry constituents make for sound bites on TV and radio. GOP leaders on Capitol Hill want to avoid that kind of coverage.

Meantime, liberal Democrats hope grassroots Tea Party tactics will give them more

cloud in their party, but will the backlash to the assault on Obamacare be strong enough

to unify them against Republicans in next year's elections?
