0:43.7	The MAGA Republicans held a Doge committee hearing where they subpoenaed the head of United States fencing, like the sport fencing,
0:52.6	because the MAGA Republicans saw some story on Fox about a
0:56.4	transgender fencer. So they wanted to go and attack the head of USA fencing, even though they
1:03.6	received zero federal funding. So here's what went down. The MAGA Republicans were trying to
1:09.7	pretend that the head of USA fencing,
1:12.5	who received all of these death threats as a result of the doxing from Fox and the MAGA
1:16.9	Republicans, that he was giving the middle finger in a selfie, like FU, America. And he was actually
1:23.5	holding up two fingers. But what the MAGA Republicans did in the photo was they cropped out one finger
1:30.0	to make it look like he was giving the middle finger to the American people. Now, fortunately,
1:36.2	Democratic Congresswoman Stansberry had the actual photo. She was ready to go. And she showed what
1:43.0	the MAGA Republicans were doing here to lie,
1:47.3	deceive and defame this witness, the head of USA fencing. It's like, why am I even here? Why are you
1:54.0	attacking me? Here, play this clip. I had already spent the money on competition fees and new
1:58.9	equipment and spent hours training, I felt trapped.
2:02.6	I had been defrauded of a women's tournament and sold a lie by USA fencing.
