after the Justice Department alleged that the former FBI informant who

appeared to have so much dirt on President Biden was actually peddling lies and getting his dirt from Russian intelligence.

as a trusted source. Plus, the woman with the

dual US Russian citizenship detained in Russia, why she was in Russia, her ties

the major fallout after this former FBI informant at the center of Republican efforts to

impeach President Biden was indicted for lying to the FBI about the

Biden family's dealings in Ukraine and then told the FBI that he got the false dirt

from officials with Russian intelligence.

That's according to court documents

where prosecutors are saying Alexander Smyrnaff, this informant, was quote actively peddling new lies that could impact U.S. elections today.

Despite a judge releasing him yesterday, prosecutors have been fighting to put

Smyrnaff back behind bars while he awaits trial. That's him leaving court yesterday, you

can see on the screen.

Prosecutors are suggesting that Smyrnais Russian connections

and access to cash make him a serious flight risk.
