The rant that I would like to share with you to present with you is the story of the

Republican Party's paraphrasing Steve Bannon flood the zone with crap race strategy.

They think they've got this thing figured out, the Republicans.

They have tried dozens of things that they can, you know, throw against Democrats over

the last year and a half.

There was, you know, Mr. Potato Head and there were, I mean, there's just been like this

continuous stream of, you know, outrage and freak out and, you know, trying things on,

for example.

And now I think that they've got one that they're really deciding to use and it's this whole

critical race theory thing.

And the use of critical race theory by Republicans as an attack tool is not something new.

And this is the amazing thing.

I think, you know, a lot of people think that it is, oh, you know, where'd this come

from?

What's this all about?

Well, back in 2012, when Barack Obama was president leading up to the midterm elections,

as Spencer Silva points us out over a national memo, he said, there are even similarities

in the dark money behind the 2012 and 2021 efforts, the efforts to use critical race theory

to attack Democrats.
