Hello from CNN. I'm Joe Beck, with the five things you need to know for Friday, February 21st.

GOP Senators voted to adopt a budget blueprint in the early hours of this morning, as they

push ahead with their plan for President Donald Trump's agenda.

But Republicans in the House have a competing plan that's wider-reaching and has the endorsement of Trump himself.

One big difference is tax policy, something that GOP Senators want to take up later as part

of a second legislative package.

And CNN political analyst Jackie Kucinich described this blueprint as a skinny budget.

Now we go to the hard part, right?

They got this through.

You go to the house.

They want to pass something that's much larger that you know that they're going to get it over the floor

because of the very, very, very, very slim majority in the house.

And they have to have the same bill to move forward.
