Welcome to this repost episode of Jimmy's Jobs of the Future with Anne Bowden,

0:04.9

the CEO and founder of Starling Bank. Anne defies all expectations of the stereotypical

0:12.9

technology entrepreneur. Even more so when you consider her background is in finance and she's

0:18.7

a fintech entrepreneur. I made my career in finance and technology and now I'm an entrepreneur.

There were never new women in finance, there were never new women in tech.

1:35.7

work in an office and not a factory and I just wanted a job with a briefcase. I didn't have a

1:41.2

Saturday job. My father told me that you'll work 40 years in a job working very hard. You can

1:49.8

1:57.4

and since then I worked every day and to be honest I think I have worked every day since then

2:02.7
