| 1:31.8 | so a lot of victims of this won't know where to turn and where they are told to turn even if they remember being informed about this or were informed about it are the licensing boards and those |
| 1:45.2 | and you know licensing boards aren't there necessarily to emotionally take care of the victims |
| 1:50.8 | they're there to take the report and do something about it and they might |
| 1:56.7 | take months, if not years, to do anything about it and they're not very good at necessarily |
