At Mayor Adams Weekly News Conference yesterday, he made the case for the National Guard

Now the Governor Hockel has deployed about 750 National Guard members to the subways supporting what the mayor called law

enforcement omnipresence. We were clear that there was a lot of concerns and

fear and that omnipresence was important.
