And new exclusive CNN reporting tonight shows signs Iran may already have been busy rebuilding its nuclear program.

CNN analysis of satellite imagery taken over the past few weeks from over Iran may show signs that the country is attempting to rebuild its nuclear facilities, which would be a violation of the memorandum of understanding

signed by the U.S. and Iran. President Trump had this to say about Iran's nuclear program

from the NATO summit earlier this week.

I was there for one reason that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon.

I call it we denuclearize Iran, and that's happened.

They will never have a nuclear weapon.

This comes on a day that the president made that announcement saying the ceasefire is over,

but it included mixed signals of global proportions.

Quote, the Islamic Republic of Iran has asked us to continue talks.

We've agreed to do so, but the United States has stated to them in no certain terms that

the ceasefire is over.

Now what exactly that means for military strikes from either the U.S. or Iran unclear, as

is the path forward

for peace negotiations. So far, there's been a lull in fighting, no break in heated rhetoric, however.

Iran's chief negotiator, the Speaker of the Parliament, said today, the moment the Americans

betrayed the understanding, we will be ready for an all-out defense. President Trump was

asked by the New York Post today about reporting that Iran
