Tonight, we have a report that Mark Meadows, the chief of staff, to Donald Trump

on January 6 has been granted immunity by special counsel Jack Smith in exchange for his

testimony in the federal investigation of the ex-presidents' attempt to overturn the 2020 election.

This summer, a grand jury indicted Trump on four felony counts in that place, including

conspiracy to defraud the United States.
