Our guest this week, drum roll please, is Sarah Groves.

And she is a singer-songwriter, wonderful person. Just released a new record. It is awesome. Definitely

recommend you check it out after you hear her episode. That's new since we've published her

episode. Yes, that's right. And Sarah is like a really deep thinker. So nurturing and sincere. Well, I loved hearing her talk about her journey

with depression because I have dealt so much with anxiety and I felt such a sense of camaraderie and a hopefulness hearing the wisdom

that she had to share about that experience. I feel like you and Sarah kind of traveled on these

parallel paths. Like she had trouble with her voice and you kind of had trouble with your voice

and there's like the presence of anxiety and anxiety

management in her life, and that's something that you have in common. You were juggling life on the

road and family and all of that stuff. Yeah. It's like there's a lot of similarities going on.

And even beyond her experience as a musician and singer-songwriter,

I think there's so much to relate to in just hearing her story

and the honesty and vulnerability that she exudes.

When she's talking to us in this interview, there's just something

really special about it.
