What up, what up, C-10 Nation, Monday, May 22nd, and I just got news that Harry Bentley Bradley passed away.

He was our guest on episode 22, August of 21.

So I'll tell you what, I wanted Harry pretty bad and I worked it for a while.

And then I kind of just said, you know what?

He doesn't want to do it.

I don't know that he'd be a good guest.

And I had made a phone call to him and we talked and he just said, hey, I'm not interested.

And then it worked out. So... and we talked and he just said, I'm not interested.

And then it worked out.

So you'll hear the pod.

But again, very sad news that Harry Bentley Bradley passed away today at the age of 83.

So I'm going to do a rebroadcast of his episode.

He worked for GM in the 60s, helped design the 67, 68 truck. You know, if you look back through some of the articles and the pictures, and then one of the

stories I love to talk about, and you'll hear it in the pod is how he had his

El Camino he's working at Mattel he's the only one there he doesn't even know what he's going to be

doing and the owner of Mattel walks up and goes what's that thing outside and he says my El Camino

and he says I want all the first hot wheels to have that wheel tire red line combo.

And circumstances are that because he had polio and he was parked in the handicapped parking spot for the rest of our lives,

we know that the hot wheels have those cool mag wheels and those red lines. So I'm fortunate

to be able to sit down with Harry. He was gracious. I don't know what happened. I believe his wife said,

hey, you need to get on this podcast. You need to, you know, just engage your legacy. So with that,
