but thank you again for joining us. And obviously, the beat goes

on, as they say, in capital markets. We continue to kind of proceed here through this COVID era

and lots that has changed in the economy and what's happening society-wide and even in the last two weeks,

quite a bit of developments that we'll get into today.

But Scott, let me turn it over to you because I want to adjust the questions that have come in.
