I'm Lisa Whittle, and I welcome you to just five minutes with me, which I trust and pray will be

0:42.6

five minutes well spent. So we're talking boundaries in our last week of the growing up moving

0:47.8

on month on the daily, and I loved our discussion yesterday on capacity and how that's really what

1:29.2

1:34.1

exists today. I know in my life, I've had walls up at times in all of these categories

1:39.1

towards specific people or in circumcertainstances, and in either case, it's taken Jesus to break those walls down.

1:46.8

Some I'm still working on, to be honest. Because we're human and we get defensive. We protect ourselves

1:52.6

as a human instinct when we get hurt or when we feel violated in some way. And walls keep us from

1:58.2

others and make us feel like the barrier is to our benefit, as if in some way

2:03.4

it will keep hard things at bay. Sometimes in the moment, it may actually do its job, but as we all know,
