Our theme of conversation with our Lord is timely

because we will be giving special concentration on the theme of Lent, which is conversion.

Utilizing the special graces and the special means Jesus presents to us, prayer, penance, and deeds of charity,

And only through self-giving love on our part can we make contact with him.

Prayer is a form of self-giving love that we direct directly to God through Jesus Christ.
