The fact is that the education mission,

it's secondary to the teachers union,

but they're really concerned about her,

they're members, and preserving the benefits,

whatever, you know, advocating for teachers.

Now, I don't know if you've all the police

or unionized or not, I don't think it really matters,

but this sense that municipal employees,

but they're all about is like the job,

and their pensions, protection, whatever.

So, I don't know if it's the bureaucratization of it

or just the professionalization, in a sense,

not professional in the sense of like accreditation,

but just here's your job, this is your job,

like the jobization of the job.

Like, this is what you do, and keeping it together,

keeping the, you know, it's almost like the thin blue line,

but in a negative sense.
