You know, I was at the foot doctor not too long ago and she was inspecting my foot.

I broke it a long time ago.

There's been some problems.

And she was like doing this massage thing and then she said, wow, you're incredibly tense.

Her reaction was shocking.

I was shocked by her reaction like really?

And I'm like, you know what?

I do carry tension, I carry pain too well physically and emotionally.

You know, I could, if anybody has ever lifted my backpack and I'm notorious for carrying

around a giant backpack everywhere.

Now this basically stems from, you know, my videography days, you know, tons of lenses,

camera stuff, whatever.

Anyways, I always just have this big backpack on me and anytime someone's like, what's

in there?

And they grab my backpack and they're like, damn, this is like a hundred pounds on your

back.
