Rich dials up our good pal Mike Silver, who was just announced as the newest member of the NFL Network and NFL.com family.  We're all thrilled to have Silver on board. On the show, Silver discusses what NFL fans can expect from him in his new role with NFL Media.  Up next, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton calls in from training camp.
