Summary

NFL vice president of officiating Dean Blandino calls in to discuss the rule changes that were voted into effect at the NFL Annual Meeting this week. Rich and Dean discuss how the league plans to officiate the highly criticized "crown of the helmet rule" and the how and why of the "tuck rule" finally being eliminated by the league. Next, Rich dials up friend of the podcast Mike Silver to get his take on some of the rule changes and discuss the past two weeks of NFL free agency that has seen stars such as Wes Welker, Mike Wallace and Ed Reed all call new cities home.
