In the summer of 1996, Bob Duke calls 911 after his wife and young son fall from a high cliff in the Flaming Gorge Reservoir in Green River, Wyoming. Their deaths are ruled an accident, but to investigators, the circumstances look suspicious. Green River Wyoming is a bucolic mountainous area. Nearby is a
