Summary

0:29.6	a couple on their way to Lake Tahoe for a day of relaxation notices a suspicious fire.
0:35.2	Stopping to investigate, they discover the body of a young woman and find their way to a phone to call police.
0:41.3	The body was smoldering on what was left of a large bonfire,
0:44.5	as Deputy Stephen Frick arrived on the scene.
0:47.3	She was blonde, probably early to mid teens.
0:55.8	I believe one of her legs had burned off below the knee and was resting on the ground beside her.
1:02.1	One third of on-murder cases in America remain open.
