Rental houses are becoming more scarce in the city.

Renters and landlords say a lot has changed and the math

isn't working. Seattle Times reporter Alexis Wisened will tell us why in a minute, but first, let's get you caught up.

If you're a bus rider, King County Metro wants your thoughts on how they're doing.

They've opened a new customer satisfaction survey, which the agency says will improve transit service.

Metro wants to know how often your bus is on time, whether it's clean, and if your ride is comfortable,

they want to hear from frequent bus riders and also people who

hardly ever ride. The survey is open until May 10th. We've been telling you about Seattle's

proposal to designate some city courts for pickleball and others for tennis. If you want to share
