And today we are going to be talking about rentals united.

Now, you may have heard of rentals united. They are a channel manager.

Now, you may be thinking, well, Mac, what's a channel manager? What's a PMS?

So basically, you've got your property management software over here.

And on this side, we've got a channel manager.

Now, what happens is your PMS, your property management software.

That will act as a de facto channel manager going off to Bucking.com, Airbnb,

Verbo, etc.

Now, this is a very light version of what a channel manager does.

It basically sends over your rates.

And sometimes it sends over your availability and rates.

But that is it.

Now, channel managers are what you can get like a proper channel manager,

which is rentals united as far as I'm aware.

The best paid channel manager that is out there at present.

Now, what a channel manager does is it will take that to the next level.

Okay. So it slinks into your PMS. Okay.

So PMS is here and what you're able to do with it is you are then able

to send over so much more information via your PMS to the channel that you want to link to.

Now, of course, it links to Bucking.com, of course, it links to Airbnb,

of course, it links to Verbo and etc.
