| 1:28.0 | And it doesn't have to be always monumental, but it's for example, somebody says, all right, I want to get in shape. I want to run a marathon, but they haven't really been exercising. |
| 1:38.0 | How about we do this? How about we stop drinking soda, start drinking water. That's the first step. Stop doing something negative and start doing something beneficial and positive. |
| 1:51.0 | And that's kind of really where we're going to go today. There's certain things we need to stop and there's certain things we need to start. And we do that, we get to renew our minds and renewing our mind is a very powerful thing. |

| 3:22.0 | And so your next thing, what am I doing all day? And you realize it's becoming more of a habit. In fact, there's an excellent show on Netflix called the social dilemma. And it wasn't that it was so revolutionary or so spine chilling. |
| 3:38.0 | It was very confirming to me very confirming knowing the way business works, knowing the way markets move and knowing the way that tech moves and tech has become more and more a dynamic where ethics is not really part of a lot of the decision making in tech. |
| 3:56.0 | It's really a very utilitarian approach to things. And so what happens is you start to eliminate those human decisions that require an ethical choice. |
| 4:08.0 | And so this is a dynamic, the social dilemma where it's a fantastic program because it features a series of interviews with former employees and executives from a lot of the tech firms that actually established the social media platforms that many of us use. |
