Summary
In this opening episode of a brand new season, we begin a gentle journey into rest, renewal, and the quiet transforming presence of God. Through reflective meditation, breath prayer, and Scripture, we are invited to slow down and notice the new thing God is already bringing forth within us.
Inspired by Isaiah 43:19, this meditation offers space to release striving, receive God's faithful love, and awaken again to hope.
"Be alert, be present. I'm about to do something brand new. It's bursting out! Don't you see it?"
— Isaiah 43:19 (MSG)
Just as spring unfolds around us, we remember:
what feels dormant is not lost,
what feels weary can be renewed,
and God is always making a way in the wilderness.
In This Episode:
A guided meditation on renewal and awakening
Reflection on Isaiah 43:19
Breath prayer for rest and renewal
Space to notice where your soul longs for new life
Encouragement to embrace stillness as sacred invitation
The Daily Still is written and hosted by spiritual director, Cindy L. Helton. Production and music by SoundGood Media.
