Renee's turn as Angelica Schuyler is the performance of this season. And the song Satisfied, which you're hearing part of now, is one of the most genuinely riveting pieces

of storytelling I have ever seen on stage. Renee, who's been with Hamilton since the Hamilton

mixtape workshop, was Mimi in the closing Broadway company of Rent. She replaced as Nala in the Broadway company of The Lion King.

She originated the role of Nettie in the original Broadway cast of the color purple.

And of course, Steve, producer Mike and I are obsessed with her as ASA Geneva Pine on The Good Wife.
