0:45.3	A lot has changed in your life.
0:47.3	You've decided recently to step away from the CEO role
0:50.3	after turning around Nissan and Renault.
0:53.3	You'll now be chairman of the alliance between
0:55.5	Nissan Reno and Mitsubishi. Why'd you make this decision now? Well, it's, you know, I added
1:01.2	a new responsibility with the introduction of Mitsubishi joining the alliance. As chairman of the board,
1:06.9	I'm going to dedicate time to support the management team, particularly the CEO. So I think it was
1:13.0	time to release some other responsibility. So I decided that Nissan was mature now for a new CEO,
1:21.0	somebody I know very well that I've been promoted for the last 17 years. And so I feel very, very good about this move for the moment.
1:29.9	And you were clear in telling me this is not you slacking. No, no, no, not at all. But, you know,
1:34.7	I continue to be chairman of C. O'Reno. I would be chairman of the board of Nissan and chairman of the
1:39.2	board of Mitsubishi. I have my hands full. Hence full. All right, so these three entities combined.
