Welcome, everyone, Shelby Gallagher here over at Prepping 2.0, joined by my co-host on the show

and co-host in Live Glentate.

What a treat today is going to be. It's a bittersweet treat, and that rhymes, so that makes me a

rapper. What we're going to do is, as you know from the last episode, we are transitioning the

show from weekly live shows, fresh content, to rebroadcasts.

And our reason, in a nutshell, was that we think we're running out of topics

and we've covered things over and over again.

And we don't want to keep doing a show unless we have something new to say,

because that's not fair to you guys

good news rebroadcasts will be done and the same content that we've done will be available

every week on whatever method it is that you listen to the show. Radio, Rumble, Spotify, Hot Bean, Apple, the website,

all these things. In any event, it's a transition to rebroadcast, but this has given us a chance
