Today, we're going to be doing remind yourself affirmations, things that when we repeat to

ourselves and we really remind ourselves what's coming and what's possible for us and what we're

capable of. Going forward, I'm going to change a little bit and I'm going to leave more space

in between affirmations. And the purpose is, I'm going to say the affirmation,

repeat it out loud. And this way you're hearing it, you're speaking it, and you're feeling it.
