book, you know already Tommy and I referenced the book many times this

morning, you know, talk about sitting down with him and writing that book back

in 2007 and him reflecting on his career. Well, you know, that book got off to a

very good start for one thing he requested that I be his co-author and the

moment I arrived in Phoenix, him and his wife pulled up in an old Cadillac.

They both got out and embraced me and so it's like, okay, this is not going to be

a struggle. And because he had time on his hands, he and I could actually sit
