It's Tyler with the Western Wing Shooter podcast. As promised, uh, is so

delivered. Matt Davis from Final Rise. Uh, we have not chatted a whole heck of a lot since you

were up here in September, but we got a lot of stuff to talk about today. Um, first and foremost,

how in the heck was your season, man? You were everywhere and it seemed like you guys had a, I was curious if you guys kind

of noticed the same dip in chucker numbers that everybody else did or if you just kind

of kept on pounding those mountains walking farther and getting into birds like you did last

year.

Yeah, you know, it's, uh, chucker hunting, I think this year in general,

you know, I think that easier to get two birds

weren't there, but where we are used to normally

hunting, the stuff that we kind of cut our teeth on and where we had to go

and earn our birds before, before there were these mega booms in population.

You know, they were still absolutely loaded.

And so I personally do not feel like there was that big of a dip in certain regions.

Now, I've been doing this.

Yeah, they're widespread.

Yeah. But I mean, I've been doing this for... Yeah, they're widespread. Yeah.

But I mean, I've been doing this for, you know, a little over a decade type deal, right?

And so I've got plenty of spots.

And I will say they were, there were certain ranges that seemed to have fared better than others.
