back at content from the earlier years of the podcast.

This week I'm so sorry to say that the queer community is mourning the loss of an especially

beloved member of our family, the legendary Hecklina.

The scene in San Francisco in particular just won't be the same without one of its most

prolific show producers, nightclub event hosts, drag queen stars who help so many other

queens get their start.

If you've never heard this story that Hecklina shared at a risk live show in San Francisco

in 2017, you might have heard about Hecklina in one of several of Peach's Christ stories

that have been on the podcast also.

Peach's was Hecklina's best friend and long time collaborator, so we got to hear about

both of their adventures over the years on the show.

Anyway, in remembrance of Hecklina, here she is now at the Risk Live show at San Francisco

sketchfest in 2017, sharing about her pre- Hecklina days in a story we call Rent Boy.
