Today's show is going to be a bit of a somber one.

We are going to celebrate the life and the contributions of one Mr. George Perez,

long live George Perez, rest in peace,

sir, he passed and went on from this mortal plane this past weekend.

And earlier, this last year, I recorded the episode the year about to hear when George

first broke the news of his diagnosis and the way that he

wanted to handle his fight with cancer, just living out the rest of his life, not seeking

traditional treatments. And everyone honored him in this way. And today, we look back on his life

and all of the art that he gave us, all of the heart that he gave us. And I hope that this

episode provides some solace and some reflection on what an amazing man, George was, and the

amazing contributions and body of work that he left with us. Today, we celebrate George Perez

on Robes Observations.
