When somebody I've talked to here in the garage has passed away and

one of the great

great comics and comic minds has

has died. Gary Chandling has passed away and it's

so it's just so sad. I

Gary, I wanted to give it back

to anyone who hasn't heard it and to those of you who want to listen to it again because it was a

pretty amazing and sweet interview

and I was very nervous about it. He was a very

respected and brilliant guy. I didn't know him. We were not close friends, but

but between his work as a stand-up and on it's Gary Chandling show and Larry Sanders of course.

You know, how could you not just be an all-that guy? What a hilarious and brilliant guy.

And when I think Judd, Appetal, helped me set it up and I remember it was one of the first times I actually had

celebrities email other than Judd's.

And I didn't know how much I was supposed to pester him or whether we could make it happen.

I remember going back and forth with him and then you know, even as emails were hilarious and I was like,

you know, and it kind of played out for a little while before we could, you know, actually do the show.
