It's important, and I hope you hear me say this every day that we not confuse how much we despise the Democrats

and how we must share and expose we never forget in the midst of all that to do what is important and

that is be good at what we do love the people around us and in this case to honor those who won that war

who stormed that beach so that we could play on the beach

Let's start with the D-Day speech by the Supreme Allied commander,

the American who would go on to be president, who is addressing those men,

and he's addressing a group of young men, mostly Americans, who he knows are going to hear this speech and probably

not another. They're not going to survive. Here's what he said.

In company with our brave allies and brothers in arms on other fronts, you will bring about the destruction of the German war machine, the elimination of Nazi tyranny over the oppressed peoples of Europe, and security for ourselves in a free world.
