The final game memory.

Here at Comiskey Park and the Sox, I guess the script was written.

The way the Sox had played baseball for 80 years here for the most part,

have been low-scoring games, and once again, the finale, that's exactly what it was.

They won it 2 to 1, as you see, Carlton Fist, Jeff

Tom Moore, Bobby Thickpin, the entire Soxball Club. What a great year it has been, and what a

fitting way to close the season.

Hey, everybody, it's Chuck Arfine, and it's been 34 years since the White Sox said goodbye to Old Kamiski Park.

And with the team looking to possibly build a new park in the South Loop, this is a great time to talk about a bar park that was like a member of my family growing up.

And there's a new book out that is a companion piece to the incredible documentary, Last Kimminsky.

And it's been written by photographer Ken Smoler.

And on the podcast, I speak with Ken about the book, about the ballpark, that final season in 1990, and why we're still talking about old Kamiski Park.
