We are going to be honoring and remembering Bernie Perrant, Flyers Legend, who passed away

at 80 years old yesterday.

It was Sunday, September 21st.

And I think it hit all of us pretty hard because we were all just with Bernie pretty recently. We was at the draft party. I saw him at a Joe Conklin comedy show back in July. This kind of, it's always hard to say like, oh, it came out of nowhere. It's like 80, but 80's not 120. Yeah. You know, like it's, it all kind of, it just sort of happened.

Like, oh, and he's one of those guys that you just thought, like, he's, he's 80, but he's not.

And I think it was also that he was still so active.

He was still out and about.

From what I understand, I wasn't there, but he was in attendance this weekend for Ray Dittinger, uh, had was failing a play and Bernie was there for a Q&A. So it maybe it would have been less shocking if, you know, Bernie Prawn had been, you know, mostly out of the public eye for 10 years. And then you hear he passed

away. But he was, he was out and about. He was, he was there. He was, he was an active part of the

Flyers community, like literally until the day he died. No, and that was, I spoke about it briefly

on Philadelphia this morning and that, I said he exemplified what it was to be a Flyers alumni.
