0:19.8	We are picking up on day one of a new devotional from the Bible app called Dealing with Uncertainty.
0:25.1	And there's a link to that in the description if you all want to follow along with us.
0:28.7	And as always, I'm going to read this.
0:29.9	The scripture and then Tori is going to read the Devo.
0:31.9	Let's do it.
0:32.9	The scripture is Joshua 1.6 and it says this, Be strong and courageous for you are the
0:38.3	one who will lead these people to possess all the land I swore to their ancestors I would
0:43.8	give them.
0:45.0	The devotional is titled, Finding Courage in the Face of Uncertainty.
0:50.1	And it says, Think of Joshua as he prepared to lead the Israelites into Canaan, a place
0:56.0	overrun by their enemies.
0:58.9	Although God promised them this land, their journey to obtain the promise was long, hard,
1:06.6	and filled with uncertainty.
1:09.6	Perhaps that's why God reminds Joshua, Just as I was with Moses, so I will be with you.
1:17.5	I will not leave you or forsake you.
1:20.3	Be strong and courageous.
1:23.3	God knew Joshua's secret concerns, and so he spoke to the fear in Joshua's heart.
