Esther, chapter 6, verse 7.

And Haman said to the king, for the man whom the king delights to honor.

0:15.1

So Haman says this to the king, thinking that the king is going to honor him

0:22.0

without getting into the rest of the story right now. That's not actually what ends up

0:26.1

happening. But the whole picture here, when I read this verse, that I want to lead us to pray

0:33.2

according to is the reality, the biblical truth, that the king's heart is ultimately in the hands

0:44.1

of God. We see that truth clearly, probably, chapter 21, verse 1, the king's heart is in the hand

1:57.4

sovereign over at all. And so we pray, oh God, you are the king, capital K king, to whom all kings

2:08.3

will one day bow all presidents will one day bow all queens all rulers all dictators all

2:18.9

generals and commanders and people with all kinds of positions every knee will bow and heaven on

2:26.4

earth and under the earth every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord is king overall. And so we

2:37.3

take our rightful place today at your feet we bow before you are our hearts are lives we say

2:48.4

you are the king and we are so glad you're the king you're the king of our hearts the king of our
