Summary

As we run through life, our circumstances are constantly changing. Sometimes it will feel like the wind is at our back, but often it will take everything in us to not give up when the obstacles seem too great. 0:16.7	Well growing up my mom would come to all of my sports practices or maybe not
0:22.8	all of them but a lot of them. She would, I played a lot of sports
0:25.6	growing up and she would just go sit in the stands and just liked watching me

0:53.0	it's not long enough to be like a jog. You can't pace it but it's not short
0:58.1	enough to sprint without it hurting really bad. It's just no matter how you
1:02.2	run it it's gonna hurt and that was my lot in high school was to run the 400
1:06.4	and my goal since freshman year was I wanted to run the 400 in under 50
1:11.7	seconds. There was one guy in our school who had done it before and I made it my
1:15.5	goal to run under 50 seconds by the time I graduated and I remember one day
1:20.0	after practice my mom asked me she had gone and watched us run and she said
1:25.2	land in how do you all do it and I was like how do we do what she said how do
1:28.8	y'all just keep running when it just looks like it hurts so bad she was like I
1:34.9	just watch y'all like you run and you run and you run and you'll finish a rep
