Summary

You may know Andy Richter as the longtime sidekick for Conan O'Brien, but he's also a very accomplished actor, writer, comedian and podcaster. Andy came by HDWGW this week to discuss the difficulties of fish taxidermy, his Chicago comedy roots and some of his favorite Late Night With Conan O'Brien musical acts ranging from The Breeders to Tony Bennett. We also recall fond memories of hanging out at our local shopping malls in the 80s and 90s and our favorite food court picks. Along the way, Vanessa laments the demise of the Original Cookie Company and Jonah talks about buying a Body Count CD at Record Town thanks to their lax parental advisory policy. Finally, we have an impassioned round of change.org where we debate whether our collective energy should be directed toward the return of PB&J Oatmeal Cream Pies, accountability for the Lethal Weapon TV series or the availability Twinkies in a high school cafeteria. 0:55.0	those fish were real? They were real fish. I think that our grandpa Jack caught the like huge
1:00.3	fish that was taxidermied over the TV. And then I think our uncle Dennis caught the fish that was
1:06.6	sort of like taxidermied and then displayed on like a round piece of wood.

1:15.0	So kind of scary, I feel like for a kid, for this huge, I mean, it looked like a huge kind of dolphin almost with a big fin.
1:16.9	It was probably like 15 feet long or something.
1:19.2	I think it was a swordfish.
1:20.8	Are swordfish those big?
1:22.6	Swordfish.
1:23.0	Yeah.
1:23.3	I don't think our grandpa was killing dolphin.
