We're journeying through the book of Joshua, and I really want to encourage you again.

If you miss a gathering, go back online and pick it up, because this collection builds layer on layer on layer.

And you can't just drop in this week and not be around next week and drop in three

weeks from now and then miss a couple of weeks and drop back in. You really need to let the story

build. Joshua, we talked about last week, is a history book. And it does have some boilerplate

history things in it. We're talking about one of those today. But trust me, the Holy Spirit will

And he's doing that for us again today.

We're in the promised land.

If you haven't gotten there with us already, we've crossed the Jordan by the miracle power of God.

And now we're in the promised land.

There's still work to be done, cities to be conquered,

land to be possessed, but we're in the promised land.

And what's the first thing we're gonna do

in the promised land?

That's where we are today in Joshua chapter four,

and we're really coming around this

idea of building a monument to remember the faithfulness of God.
