staring creepily in? Or is he gone? Yeah, he is. And I'm waving at him right now and he doesn't really seem to be assuaged by my wave.

He just wants to stare.

Like you're waving at him just as a greeting or you're like trying to communicate something to him?

Kind of, I'm trying to communicate like it's a wave of greeting and a wave of dismissal,

if you can imagine that wave being both those things at the same time.

Very British.

Very British, right.

Slightly passive aggressive, hey, welcome, hey, go away.

Right.

Well, which is a perfect segue because that is pretty much how Stevens

felt as he was visiting with these country British people in the reading today. So we're here

to discuss day three evening of the remains of the day by Kazuo Ishiguro.
