They say he was killed in Colorado and then taken to Florida.

Senior Deputy District Attorney Michael O'allin said there's generally evidence in a body.

He wouldn't go into specifics about the case but did say

Ganon's family is taking things very hard.

Obviously they're distraught with this information.

They were still holding out hope that Ganon would come home alive

despite the original charges that we filed in this case and they're struggling.

And they rightfully would be considering the circumstances of this case.
