A months-long manhunt in the Pacific Northwest comes to a close after authorities

in Washington State say they have found the remains of who they believe to be Travis Decker.

The ex-soldier has been wanted since the beginning of June after authorities found his truck

at a campground site and the bodies of his three daughters nearby. The girls nine, eight, and five years old. An autopsy determined the

girls were suffocated to death, bound with zip ties and plastic bags placed over their heads.

Last year, Decker's ex-wife had petitioned a court to modify their parenting schedule,

citing his worsening mental health issues and social instability, like often living out of his truck.

More than 100 officials with state and federal agencies combed hundreds of square miles

and a reward of $20,000 was offered for his capture.
