show today. I said, oh my God, because of this overosampling that just happened. I'm recording this

Wednesday, the 29th or the 30th and horror-osampling having yesterday was amazing. But today on my show,

I have the brilliant writer, one of the exact producers of the Americans, Joe Fields.

We had the Americans, as I mentioned before, I'm sure I've mentioned her before, is my favorite

show on television. I got hooked on it a few years ago. I think I missed the first season or two.

And then I've been sitting, guys, it is an amazing show. And the season finale was last night.

You listen to this. And it was just brilliant. And I got a chance to speak to Joe about the show.

And there's so much in it. And it's so funny because all the stuff that's happening with Russia

right now. But it's great show. Check it out if you haven't seen it. Spoil alert on our conversation.

There's some things that may spoil the finale forward if you haven't seen it. But watch the finale

and then listen to the podcast. That's what I suggest. But if you haven't seen the show, who cares?

You're not going to remember getting into this crap when you finally watch the show. So it doesn't

down to talk about race. We need a safe space to talk about race. Roseanne goes crazy. She breaks

Twitter with her caffeinated overcaffeinated racism yesterday. Actually, it wasn't even caffeinated

racism. It was ambien-induced racism, as she now says, which was fantastic. I don't know if you

guys followed that. Okay, for those of you not following the story, of course, I'm sure you've heard

where Roseanne compared Valerie Jarrett used to work for Obama and his administration. This is an

African-American woman. She said she looks like if Muslim Brotherhood and Planet of the Apes had a

baby. Very racist statement. Trudeau went crazy. She tried to apologize. First, she tried to defend
