where a little girl named Relisha Rudd lived with her family. The doctor claimed to be treating Relisha for an unspecified

neurological condition that caused her to miss a lot of school. But when the social worker

arrived at the homeless shelter, he learned this doctor was actually a janitor at the shelter,
