1:18.0	Oh, it is a proposed law here in Utah. Did not make it out of committee this week.
1:28.0	Oh, no! And this was introduced by Representative Stephanie Grissius, who apparently had heard about these other states that are allowing pregnant women to drive in the HOV lanes.
1:49.0	Well, no, maybe she heard about... No, I don't think there's other states that are allowing her.
1:52.0	She heard about that woman who tried to use being pregnant as a defense when she had a pullover.
1:59.0	Because if her baby has... If her unborn fetus has rights as a person, then she should get to use the HOV lane.
2:11.0	And you know what? If they're gonna be consistent.
2:15.0	If you're gonna declare a fetus a person, this feels like that would be consistent.
2:20.0	At least being consistent at that point.
2:23.0	Anyway, she heard about that, and she thought, hey, that's a great idea.
2:28.0	And so she proposed a law that would allow pregnant women to be able to drive alone in the fast lane.
2:39.0	And the high occupancy vehicle lane.
